做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
