做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
