做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
