做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
