做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
