做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
