做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
