做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
