做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
