做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
