做(zuò )法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
