做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
