做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
