做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦(cā )一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
