做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
