做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
