做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
