做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
