做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
