做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
