做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
