做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
