做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
