做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
