做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
