做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
