做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品尝。 -
