做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
