做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
