做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
