做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
