做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
