做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
