做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
