做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
