做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。 -
