做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即(jí )可品尝。 -
