做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
