做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
