做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
