做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
