做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
