做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
