做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
