做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
