做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
