做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
