做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
