做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
