做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
